OKEECHOBEE — Okeechobee County Schools will reopen on Wednesday, Nov. 4. Thank you to our families and the entire Okeechobee community for your patience and understanding over the past two days as we worked to make sure our schools and bus stops are safe and ready for students to return.
We’re especially grateful to our Operations, Maintenance, and Custodial crews and to our school administrators for getting our buildings ready for students and staff. We also extend our sincere thanks to Okeechobee County Emergency Management for their collaboration during this weather event.
We look forward to welcoming everyone back tomorrow.
