Okeechobee Arrest Report

The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC), Criminal Action Team (CAT) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF). 

  • Darlene Miller, 49, Broadland Lane, was arrested Sept. 28 by ONTF and charged with possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $3,000.
  • Kimberly Blanchard, 54, Southeast Fifth Street, was arrested Sept. 28 by ONTF and charged with possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $5,500.
  • Enevin Lutjen, 41, Northwest 102nd Street, was arrested Sept. 29 by ONTF and charged with possession of methamphetamine, tampering with evidence, possession of marijuana less than 20 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $11,000.
  • James Howling, 55, at large, was arrested Oct. 1 by OCSO Deputy J. Benjamin and charged with burglary of a conveyance and petit theft. Bond was set at $8,000.
  • Felix Morales, 54, Northwest Seventh Street, was arrested Sept. 30 by ONTF and charged with possession of cocaine and driving without a license with knowledge. Bond was set at $3,000.
