The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by Florida Highway Patrol FHP, Glades County Sheriff's Office GCSO or Seminole Police Department SPD.

• Joseph Garrett, 27, was arrested on Oct. 12 by GCSO and charged with domestic battery by strangulation and a misdemeanor of trespass of a structure or conveyance. He is being held without bond.
• Ignacio Castillo Arbizo, 41, Moore Haven, was arrested on Oct. 16 by GCSO and charged with intent delivery/distribution of a controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, owning/leasing/renting a place or conveyance with knowledge that it will be used for drug sales/trafficking/manufacture, and two counts of manufacturing/delivering/possessing with intent to sell/manufacture/deliver a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a church. Bond was set at $282,500.
• Latwoine Blackmon, 37, Moore Haven was arrested on Oct. 17 by GCSO on an out-of-county warrant. He is being held without bond.
• Jarrett Bert, 25, was arrested on Oct. 19 by GCSO and charged with driving without a license/habitual offender and violation of probation. He is being held without bond.
