United Way of Lee, Hendry, and Glades is hosting an appreciation breakfast for its dedicated volunteers. Steve Pontius, United Way board member, will be the emcee. The event will highlight how volunteering is fulfilling, unites communities and is vital to the region. Several awards will be presented, including the United Way Champion Award, which is equivalent to a lifetime achievement award.
