STUART — Treasure Health, parent company of Treasure Coast Hospice and Brevard-based St. Francis Hospice, announced the promotion of Jennifer Creel, MBA, BSN, RN, CHPN, to Chief Clinical Officer, reflecting the organization’s commitment to providing exceptional end-of-life care across its four-county service area.
“Jennifer Creel’s promotion to Chief Clinical Officer reflects her years of proven leadership and unwavering commitment to patient care,” said Treasure Coast Hospice CEO Jackie Kendrick, CHPCA. “Having served numerous clinical roles with St. Francis Hospice, Jennifer brings a wealth of expertise, strategic insight, and collaborative leadership that will be invaluable in guiding our teams and ensuring we continue to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to the patients and families we serve.”
In her new role as Chief Clinical Officer for both Treasure Coast Hospice and St. Francis Hospice, Creel oversees all clinical operations, including patient care teams, inpatient services, admissions, and bereavement. Her responsibilities include leading a large multidisciplinary team of clinicians dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care while advancing quality outcomes, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
"I am honored to accept this role and look forward to supporting our clinical teams across the organization so they can continue to deliver the highest level of care and meet the growing needs of patients and families facing serious illness,” said Jennifer Creel, MBA, BSN, RN, CHPN.
Since joining St. Francis Hospice in 2004, Creel has held progressive leadership roles. Most recently, Creel served as Chief Clinical Officer, where she successfully opened Inpatient Care Centers, led electronic medical record integrations, developed and mentored informatics and IT teams, and implemented comprehensive education systems that enhanced clinical performance and compliance. Under her direction, St. Francis Hospice achieved a 4-star quality rating Hospice Honors designation and maintained patient satisfaction and regulatory scores above national benchmarks.
