Pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum journey can bring a lot of questions, emotions, and decisions. You don’t have to navigate it alone.

Join Healthy Start tomorrow, Saturday, June 13, 2026, at noon to 2 p.m., for a welcoming session designed to help expecting parents, new parents, and families learn how doula support can provide comfort, guidance, and confidence every step of the way.

Meet up at the First Baptist Church of Okeechobee in the Meeting Hall located at 401 SW 4th St. in Okeechobee.

During this session, Healthy Start will discuss what a doula is, how doulas support families during pregnancy, labor, and postpartum, and why having someone by your side can make a meaningful difference. Information will be shared about available doula services, comfort measures, emotional wellness, and local family resources.

This is a great opportunity to ask questions, connect with others, and leave feeling more informed and supported.

Lunch will be provided, and there is still time to sign up. RSVP is encouraged to help us plan for food and seating.

We would love to have more families join us. RSVP today and bring a friend — we would love to see you there!
