OKEECHOBEE — On Tuesday, Feb. 24, Dani Travis from CBS 12 News visited North Elementary, Everglades Elementary, and Osceola Middle School for the station’s weekly “Teacher Feature” segment, which airs every Wednesday morning.

During her visit, Dani interviewed Daniel Turner, a Math teacher at Osceola Middle; Cora Morrissey, an ELA/Social Studies teacher at Everglades Elementary; and Keish Dobbins, a Kindergarten yeacher at North Elementary. Each educator has been recognized by district leaders for outstanding student achievement, personal accomplishments, and the enthusiasm and positive energy they bring to their school communities.

While we do not yet have an official air date for the segments, we are proud to celebrate the incredible accomplishments happening across our schools and throughout our district. This opportunity shines a spotlight not only on these outstanding educators but also on the collective dedication, achievement, and spirit of our entire school community.
