Okeechobee Soil & Water Conservation District announces winners of 2026 Post Contest

OKEECHOBEE — The Okeechobee Soil and Water Conservation District announces the winners of their 2026 Poster Contest.

Kindergarten through first grade division: First place went to Ava Lamb, and second place went to Isaac Murphy.

Fourth through sixth grade division: First place went to Jet Schooley, second place went to Isabella Gray, and third place went to Campbell Streelman.

Seventh through ninth grade division: First place went to Luke Streelman.

First place received a stewardship week t-shirt with this year’s theme, “Soil. Where It All Begins,” on it and $50. Second-place winners received $35. Third-place winners received $20. First-place winners will now be submitted to the State Poster Contest.
