OKEECHOBEE – There’s lots to see and do at the Okeechobee County Fair, March 13-21 at the Okeechobee Agri-Civic Center and Fairgrounds.

The nine-day event will feature a carnival midway, a youth livestock show, local competitions, mouthwatering fair food and plenty of entertainment.

Shows free with fair admission include:

• Jonny Rocket’s Cycle Circus,
• Jurassic Kingdom Show,
• Dinosaur Mini Golf,
• Extreme Illusions and Escapes Show,
• Strolling Boombox and
• Thorni Ridge Exotic Petting Zoo.

Pony rides and camel rides will be offered for an additional fee.

The Demolition Derby is set for March 21, at 6 p.m. Demolition Derby tickets are $10. (Fair admission required.)

Festival grounds open at 5 p.m. on weekdays and at noon on Saturdays and Sunday. The fair closes at 11:59 p.m. on Friday and Saturday nights and at 11 p.m. on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights.

Carnival ride wristband sales end 1 hour before closing.

The 4-H and FFA Livestock Show will be held March 13-20 at the Okeechobee Agri-Civic Center with judging as follows:

• Poultry Show, Friday, March 13 at 6:30 p.m.
• Poultry Showmanship, Saturday, March 14 at 9 a.m.
• Rabbit Show, Saturday, March 14, at 4 p.m.
• Rabbit Showmanship, Sunday, March 15, at 9 a.m.
• Dairy Show, Monday, March 16 at 5 p.m.
• Market Swine Showmanship, Tuesday, March 17 at 5 p.m.
• Market Swine Show, Wednesday, March 18 at 5 p.m.
• All Star Show, Thursday, March 19 at noon
• Boer Goat and Lamb Show, Thursday, March 19 at 5 p.m.
• Market Steer Show, Thursday, March 19 at 5 p.m.
• Beef Breeding Show, Friday, March 20, at 2 p.m.

The 2026 Okeechobee Youth Livestock Sale will be held Saturday, March 21, at 2 p.m. Buyers from the previous two years are pre-registered and will have a buyer's packet ready and available for pick up at the buyer registration table. Buyers are welcome to contact our Administrator, Kimberly, at 863-697-1565.

Entrance to the Okeechobee Agri-Civic Center and fairgrounds is at 4601 East  State Road 710.

Tickets can be purchased online or at the fair.  Fair admission is $5 per person, per day.  Children under age 5 will be admitted free with paid adult. Unlimited ride wristbands are $30 per day. Advance sale of combo gate ticket and ride wristband is $30, available through March 12.

Special discounts include:

• Monday is Senior Day, with $3 admission for seniors.

• Tuesday is $2 day with admission just $2.

• Wednesday is Buy One, Get One Free Ride Wristband with coupon available at participating stores.
