The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC), Criminal Action Team (CAT) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).
• Charles Hill, 42, Northeast Third Lane, was arrested Sept. 21 by OCSO Deputy S. Flores and charged with sale of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $71,000.
• Jose Vallejo, 41, Texas, was arrested Sept. 21 by FHP Trooper Eddy Baez and charged with DUI and obstruction without violence. Bond was set at $2,000.
• Brittany Sears, 40, Southeast 14th Court, was arrested Sept. 20 by OCSO Deputy Devon Satallante and charged with habitually driving without a license, possession of Alprazolam and DUI. Bond was set at $7,000.
• Iva Vandiver, 49, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested Sept. 23 by ONTF and charged with sale of methamphetamine, possession with intent to sell. Bond was set at $125,000.
• Tracey Murphy, 63. U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested Sept. 24 by OCPD Officer A. Davis and charged with driving on a suspended license/third or subsequent offense. Bond was set at $2,500.
• Isaac Julius Enchautegui was arrested Sept. 28 and charged with battery by detainee.
• Michael Stewart was arrested Sept. 25 and charged with criminal attempt to solicit, possession with intent to sell Schedule III or IV drugs, possession of methamphetamine and unlawful use of a 2-way communication device.
• Jessica Eaton was arrested Sept. 25 and charged with possession with intent to sell Schedule III or IV drug and possession of methamphetamine.
