Okeechobee Arrest Report

The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC), Criminal Action Team (CAT) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

  • Jeremy Jones, 39, Southwest 13th Street, was arrested August 31 by ONTF and charged with trafficking in methamphetamine. Bond was set at $150,000.
  • Agapito DeJesus, 54, Northwest First Street, was arrested Sept. 1 by ONTF and charged with possession of cocaine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana more than 20 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $127,000. On Sept. 3, an additional charge of trafficking in cocaine was added. Bond on that charge was set at $100,000.
  • Robert Huffstutler, 63, was arrested Sept. 3 by OCSO Deputy LaRowe and charged with aggravated battery causing bodily harm or disability and battery. Bond was set at $6,000.
  • Vincent Pirozzi, 35, Southeast Seventh Street, was arrested Sept. 2 by OCSO Deputy A. Majere and charged with battery, inmate on inmate. Bond to be set by judge.
  • Samantha Shell, 37, Orlando, was arrested Sept. 3 by OCSO Deputy Misei Esquivel and charged with DUI with property damage. Bond was set at $1,500.
