The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC), Criminal Action Team (CAT) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

• Jesse Costello, 39, U.S. 441 North, was arrested Jan. 1 by OCSO Deputy Austin Rhodes and charged with DUI and refusal to submit to DUI testing. Bond was set at $1,000.
• Kelly Owens, 64, Southeast 27^th Street, was arrested Jan. 3 by OCSO Deputy Jennifer Fairtrace and charged with DUI, refusal to submit to DUI testing and child neglect without bodily harm. Bond was set at $4,500.
• Cheyenne Norwood, 29, Lake Worth, was arrested Jan. 1 by OCSO Deputy Karson Reno and charged with possession of fentanyl. Bond was set at $10,000.
• Tomas Forstmann, 34, Southwest 28^th Street, was arrested Jan. 6 by OCSO Deputy Rocio Mendez and charged with felony criminal mischief. Bond was set at $2,500.
• William Lewis II, 47, Southwest Third Street, was arrested Jan. 6 by ONTF and charged with sale of methamphetamine and possession with intent to sell. Bond was set at $65,000.
• Christopher Ziegler, 37, U.S. 98 North, was arrested Jan. 6 by OCSO Deputy Dalton Pitts and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with evidence. Bond was set at $11,000.
• Timothy Scibek, 59, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested Jan. 6 by ONTF and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession with intent to sell. Bond was set at $65,000.
• Tiffany Platt, 39, Fort Pierce, was arrested Jan. 8 by OCSO Deputy Victor Cabrera and charged with battery on a person 65 years old or older. Bond was set at $10,000.
• Jesus Garza, 40, homeless, was arrested Jan. 10 by ONTF and charged with habitual driving without a license. Bond was set at $2,500.
• Mary Salazar Shivar, 39, Southeast 25^th Street, was arrested Jan. 10 by OCSO Deputy Lawrence Merlino and charged with resisting arrest, driving without a license/third or subsequent offense and attaching an unassigned plate. Bond was set at $3,500.
• Dillon Hill, 25, Northwest 18^th Street, was arrested Jan. 12 by OCSO Deputy Victor Cabrera and charged with driving without a license/third or subsequent offense. Bond was set at 2,500.
• Cameron Carter was arrested Jan. 10 and charged with sale of a schedule II substance, possession with intent to sell, tampering with evidence, introduction of a controlled substance to a detention facility and possession of a controlled substance.
• Clayton Jones was arrested Jan. 1 and charged with felony criminal mischief and leaving the scene of an accident with damage.
• Mark Ziobrowski was arrested Jan. 9 and charged with domestic battery by strangulation.
