Okeechobee Arrest Report

The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC), Criminal Action Team (CAT) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

  • Cecil Vandiver, 50, at large, was arrested Nov. 21 by ONTF and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $3,000.
  • Randy Ammons, 63, Southeast 12th Drive, was arrested Nov. 21 by ONTF and charged with sale of methamphetamine and possession with intent to sell. Bond was set at $5,000.
  • Roberto Teixeira was arrested Nov. 25 and charged with sale of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school and possession with intent to sell within 1,000 feet of a school.
  • Cameron Haynes, 38, State Road 78 West, was arrested Nov. 21 by OCSO Deputy J. Benjamin and charged with domestic battery by strangulation. Bond was set at $5,000.
  • Edward Lee, 52, Moore Haven, was arrested Nov. 16 by OCSO Deputy Todd Addington and charged with DUI and driving without a license. Bond was set at $2,000.
  • Doreen Hollenbeck, 69, Riviera Beach, was arrested Nov. 24 by OCSO Deputy Isobel Jean and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,000.
  • Sebastian Rebollo, 27, Northwest 33rd Terrace, was arrested Nov. 23 by OCSO Deputy Misei Esquivel and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,500.
