The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office (OCSO), the Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), the Department of Corrections (DOC), Criminal Action Team (CAT) or the Okeechobee Narcotics Task Force (ONTF).

• Valentina Damian, 20, Fort Pierce, was arrested Nov. 11 by OCSO Deputy Lawrence Merlino and charged with DUI with property damage, child neglect and refusal to submit to DUI testing. Bond was set at $500.
• Wesley Summerall, 30, Fort Pierce, was arrested Nov. 11 by OCSO Deputy Victor Cabrera and charged with grand theft, burglary of an unoccupied structure and dealing in stolen property. Bond was set at $20,000.
• Gregory Nelson, 34, Southeast 36^th Terrace, was arrested Nov. 16 by FWC Officer Robe Dziewiatkowski and charged with possession of a weapon by a convicted felon and entry onto district lands when they were closed. Bond was set at $2,000.
• Kenneth Davidson, 57, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested Nov. 14 by OCSO Deputy M. Wright and charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, false imprisonment, battery, aggravated assault with intent to commit a felony and resisting arrest. Bond to be set.
• Billy Bailey, 23, U.S. 441 Southeast, was arrested Nov. 13 by OCSO Deputy Victor Cabrera and charged with fleeing law enforcement without regard to safety and operating a vehicle without a license. Bond was set at $25,500.
• Robin Fairbanks, 49, U.S 27 South, was arrested Oct. 30 by OCSO Deputy Misei Esquivel and charged with DUI and refusal to submit to DUI test. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Nicholas Gove, 23, Vero Beach, was arrested Nov. 1 by OCSO Deputy Victor Cabrera and charged with reckless driving, driving without a license and operating a vehicle at speeds of 100+mph/threatening a person or property. Bond was set at $56,000.
• Joshua West, 27, Northwest 18^th Street, was arrested Nov. 5 by OCSO Deputy Ricardo Hernandez and charged with DUI with property damage. Bond was set at $2,000.
• Richard Tharpe, 49, West Palm Beach, was arrested Nov. 10 by OCSO Deputy M. Wright and charged with DUI and refusal to submit to DUI testing. Bond was set at $3,000.
• Ephraim Bronson, 47, Moore Haven, was arrested Nov. 6 by OCSO Deputy A. Rhodes and charged with DUI. Bond was set at $4,000.
