![At Frick Frack Blackjack at the Okeechobee Music Festival, you could bet almost anything -- except money -- against a variety of prizes. Before cards were drawn, the dealer and players negotiated the terms. For example, a miniature basketball hoop was bet against an umbrella hat. A deck of cards was bet against a plastic toy. An action figure was bet against a different action figure. Those who didn't have anyting to bet could bet a challenge -- like doing 10 jumping jacks. OKEECHOBEE -- Another Okeechobee Music Festival is history. On Monday, March 23 the last campers left the portal at Sunshine Grove. The festival grounds opened at 10 a.m. on Thursday, March 19. Participants were required to be out of the campground no later than noon on Monday, March 23.
