Indian River State College and the University of East London USA announced a partnership on Sept. 25 that offers three bachelor's degrees, six master's degrees, 19 professional and executive education courses and a study abroad in London.
The goal is to help students continue their education, build their career and remain part of the Treasure Coast economy.
The partnership offers bachelor’s degrees in marketing, digital media and communications enterprise and applied behavioral science, as well as a professional MBA and master’s degrees in marketing, cyber security, media and communications, esports management and public health.
Students can also take professional and executive education courses in leadership, business analytics, cloud computing, computer security, digital marketing, project management, public health, workplace psychology and other subjects.
Enrollment for the undergraduate and graduate programs opens for the spring 2027 semester. Professional and executive education courses are available now.
Indian River State College and the University of East London USA will work with regional employers to develop more programs and courses.
Dr. Heather Belmont, Provost, Indian River State College, said:
“Our work with UEL is focused on making advanced and professional learning more accessible to the region. The master’s programs address fields with clear relevance to today’s economy, and the professional and executive education programs give working people flexible opportunities to strengthen specific capabilities. Together, the institutions can connect our community with international ideas while building the talent local employers need.”
Paul Marshall, Vice President and Deputy Group CEO (Global) and Professor, University of East London, said:
“IRSC has built something important for the Treasure Coast. It opens doors for local students and works with employers to develop the skills the region needs. Our partnership builds on that success. By bringing additional university and executive education to IRSC campuses, we want students to have more opportunities to progress here, and employers to have greater access to the talent and professional development they need.”
Dr. Graziela Fusaro, Executive Dean, University of East London USA, said:
“This partnership brings the next stage of education within reach for IRSC students and working professionals. We are starting with a substantial undergraduate and executive education portfolio, alongside the master's in esports management and professional MBA, and we look forward to working with IRSC and local employers as the partnership develops.”
