IRSC to host free AI Symposium for public safety professionals & community members Feb. 27

FORT PIERCE — Indian River State College invites public safety professionals and community members to “Smart Response: An AI Symposium for Safety Professionals” on Friday, February 27, 2026, from 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Indian River State College, 3209 Virginia Avenue, V-110, Fort Pierce, FL 34981. Breakfast and lunch provided.

This free, full-day symposium brings together national experts to explore how artificial intelligence is transforming emergency management, law enforcement, fire services, and public safety operations. From AI-driven analytics to managing disruption in emergency services, attendees will gain practical insights into the technologies shaping the future of public safety.
