The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), the Clewiston City Police Department (CPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), and the Department of Corrections (DOC), June 22-29.

• Darion Radcliffe, 27, Clewiston, was arrested June 7 by CPD Officer S. Gallego and charged with possession of and distribution of amphetameines/methampetamines.

• Beau Richards, 36, Clewiston, was arrested June 17 by CPD Cprl C. Miller and charged with 2 counts felony drug possession, one misdemeanor charge of possession of drug equipment and a moving traffic violation.

• Darrell James Herndon, 67, LaBelle, was arrested June 23, by Detective J. Keith on charges of theft of motor vehicle, dealing in stolen property, fraud – defraud to obtain property of value less than $20,000.

• Joaquin Rosello Freeman, 59, Miami, was arrested June 23 by Deputy R. Morales on charges of outstanding warrant for possession of weapon or ammo by a convicted felon.

• Richard James Lee, 40, Moore Haven, was arrested June 23 by Deputy R. Conant on charges of felony probation violation.

• Wendis Isabel Turcios, 37, Clewiston, was arrested June 24 by Deputy G. Gonzalez on charges of felony probation violation.

• Rolando Gonzalez, 34, Clewiston, was arrested June 25 by Deputy J. Hannam on charges of felony failure to appear.

• Victor Madrid, 51, LaBelle, was arrested June 25 by Deputy E. Atkinson for outstanding felony warrant.

• Sara Catherine English, 42, LaBelle, was arrested June 25 by Deputy M. Leavens on charges of possession of controlled substance without prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Julio Gil Santana, 55, Irving, Texas, was arrested June 26 by Sgt. S. Kirkby on charges of 4X of possession of controlled substance without prescription, possession of harmful new legend drug without prescription and DUI.

• Daniel Cavazos, 39, Lehigh Acres was arrested June 26 by Deputy R. Conant on charges of felony probation violation.

• Sydney Ray Gore, 60, Clewiston, was arrested June 26 by Cpl. L. Drew on charges of driving while license suspended – habitual offender.

• Ryan Michael Guerrero, 22, LaBelle, was arrested June 26 by Deputy K. Rollins on charges of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.

• Avisain Perez, 37, LaBelle, was arrested June 26 by Deputy S. Farraj on charges of battery by strangulation.

• Jose Antonio Herrera, 24, LaBelle, was arrested June 27 by Deputy G. Gonzalez on charges of DUI.

• Benjamin Jay Carpenter, 38, Moore Haven, was arrested June 27 by Deputy M. Ramos on charges of driving while license revoked – 3rd of subsequent violation, attached tag not assigned, and failure to register motor vehicle.

• Abraham Josafat Nunez, 21, LaBelle, was arrested June 27 by Deputy H. Garcia on charges of DUI.

• Lorenzo Antonio Andrade, 53, Lake Worth, was arrested June 28 by Sgt. J. Olvera for outstanding warrant – trespass – fire projectile across private land, outstanding warrant – take kill/possession of deer or turkey closed season and outstanding warrant for trespass not structure/convey – violate posted notice.
