The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), the Clewiston City Police Department (CPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), and the Department of Corrections (DOC), Dec. 22-28, 2025.

• Joyce Thomas, 47, Lehigh Acres, was arrested Dec. 22 by Deputy R. Gosa on charges of possession of controlled substance without a prescription.

• Andrew Williams 47, Clewiston, was arrested Dec. 22 by Deputy R. Gosa on charges of possession of controlled substance without a prescription.

• Beatriz Perez, 57, Clewiston, was arrested Dec. 22 by Deputy R. Gosa on charges of possession of controlled substance without a prescription.

• Silver Rush, 62, Clewiston, was arrested Dec. 22 by Deputy R. Gosa on charges of possession of controlled substance without a prescription.

• Vicente Hernandez-Sanchez, 41, Clewiston, was arrested Dec. 23 by Deputy G. Gonzalez on charges of aggravated assault with intent to commit a felony and child abuse without great bodily harm.

• Kevin Oswaldo Lopez, 32, Clewiston, was arrested Dec. 24 by Deputy D. Blanco on 8X Violation of protection order and aggravated stalking.

• Armando Santos, 35, Edinburg, Texas, was arrested Dec. 25 by Deputy I. Cadena on an out of state fugitive warrant.

• Evelyn Barr-Mullings, 42, Clewiston, was arrested Dec. 25 by Deputy R. Gosa on outstanding warrants for fraud and grand theft.

• Jose Alvarez-Chavez, 27, Miami, was arrested on Dec. 26 by Deputy I. Cadena on charges of felony probation violation.

• Mercedes Barrios, 31, LaBelle, was arrested Dec. 27 by Deputy J. Hannam on charges of burglary to unoccupied dwelling – unarmed, and petit theft.

• Jose Gonzalez, 32, Miami, was arrested Dec. 27 by Deputy C. Link on charges of DUI and DUI-refusal to submit to DUI testing.

• Pedro Granado-Rangel, 28, Clewiston, was arrested Dec. 28 by Deputy S. Desire on charges of aggravated assault with deadly weapon without intent to kill.

• Aung Chan, 51, Akron, Ohio, was arrested Dec. 28 by Deputy F. Brutis on charges of DUI.

• Cesar Perez Diaz, 40, LaBelle, was arrested Dec. 29. by Deputy S. Farraj on charges of DUI.

• Stephen Billlings, 33, Immokalee, was arrested Dec. 28 by Detective D. Reaves on charges of burglary – dwelling/structure or comvenyance armed, possession of firearm by Fla. convicted felon and grand theft of firearm.
