The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), the Clewiston City Police Department (CPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), and the Department of Corrections (DOC), Nov. 10-16.
• Ruby Eileen Nieves, 47, LaBelle, was arrested Nov. 10 by Deputy Willis on charges of felony probation violation.
• Carl Albert Toussaint, 42, Sunrise, was arrested Nov. 10 by Deputy R. Morales on charges of felony possession of controlled substance and possession of controlled substance without prescription.
• Guillermo Alejandro Chavarria, 20, LaBelle, was arrested Nov. 11 by Deputy G. Camacho on charges of fleeing & eluding, leaving the scene of traffic crash, theft of motor vehicle, obstruction without violence, tampering with evidence, possession controlled substance without prescription, possession of burglary tools with intent to use and possession of stolen property.
• Javier Alejandro Illanes Kurth, 50, Ft. Lauderdale was arrested Nov. 12 by Deputy B. Dibernardino on charges of DUI.
• Toni Marie Gunn, 25, Arcadia, was arrested Nov. 12 by Deputy G. Hull on charges of felony probation violation.
• Denirick Pope, 20, Clewiston, was arrested Nov. 12 by Sgt. J. Olvera on charges of felony probation violation.
• Kimberly Ann Requeina, 41, LaBelle, was arrested Nov. 12 by K9 Cpl. L. Drew on charges of possession of fentanyl, possession of drug equipment, misdemeanor violation of probation and felony probation violation.
• Brad Anthony Richardson, 44, LaBelle, was arrested Nov. 12 by Cpl. L. Drew on charges of possession of drug equipment, possession of controlled substance without prescription and tampering with evidence.
• Megan Anne Peacock, 45, Bonifay, was arrested Nov. 13 by Deputy C. Davis on charges of felony probation violation.
• David Woodard, 39, LaBelle, was arrested Nov. 13 by Deputy D. Givans on charges of felony probation violation.
• Charles Edwards Canty, 78, Clewiston was arrested November 13 by Cpl. L. Drew on charges of possession of controlled substance without prescription and possession of drug equipment.
• Mark Wayne Richards, 31, Clewiston, was arrested November 13 by K9 Deputy M. Elsaid on charges of possession of controlled substance without prescription and possession of marijuana under 20 grams.
• Victor Manuel Venancio-Pita, 33, LaBelle, was arrested Nov. 14 by Deputy D. Givans on charges of felony probation violation.
• Juan Edgar Rodriguez, 33, LaBelle, was arrested Nov. 14 by Deputy G. Willis on outstanding warrants for grand theft, fraud, forgery, pass counterfeit draft and possession of controlled substance without prescription.
• Dallas Little, 28, Ft. Myers, was arrested Nov. 14 by K9 Deputy L. Rodriguez on charges of possession of firearm by Fla. convicted felon.
• LaSondrya Sharell Williams, 23, West Palm Beach, was arrested Nov. 14 by Deputy G. Gonzalez on charges of felony failure to appear.
• Erin Brooke Sexton, 39, Clewiston, was arrested Nov. 15 by Deputy G. Soto on charges of DUI.
• Matthew Nichola Castillo-Leal, 21, Immokalee, was arrested Nov. 15 by K9 Deputy O. Gonzalez on charges of DUI and refusal to submit to BAC Test.
• Raphael Jordan Guerrero, 19, LaBelle was arrested Nov. 15 by Deputy G. Gonzalez on charges of possession of cocaine and possession of marijuana under 20 grams.
