The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), the Clewiston City Police Department (CPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), and the Department of Corrections (DOC), Oct. 27 - Nov. 3.

• Andres Izquierd, 43, North Ft. Myers, was arrested Oct. 27 by Cpl. V. Lopez on charges of felony probation violation.

• Iliana Perez, 63, Clewiston, was arrested on Oct. 28 by Sgt. N. Reed on charges of felony – petit theft – third of subsequent offense.

• David Love, 26, LaBelle, was arrested Oct. 28 by Deputy G. Camacho on charges of driving while license suspended/revoked – third or subsequent violation.

• Hollie Raulerson, 44, Avon Park, was arrested Oct. 28 by Sgt. K. Barrientes on charges of felony warrant – install/use tracking device/app without consent.

• Kovontai Jerry, 24, Miramar, was arrested Oct. 28 by K9 Deputy L. Rodriguez on charges of felony of driving while license suspended/revoked – third or subsequent violation, possession of marijuana under 20 grams and misdemeanor failure to appear.

• Vincent Flowers, 56, Belle Glade was arrested Oct. 29 by Deputy G. Sosa on charges of driving while license suspended/revoked – third or subsequent violation, misdemeanor of driving while license suspended/revoked – second or subsequent violation.

• Jason S. Bischel, 45, LaBelle, was arrested Oct. 29 by Deputy D. Blanco on charges of felony assault on person 65 years of age or older.

• Guillermo Martinez, 33 Clewiston was arrested Oct. 30 by Deputy Sheriff B. Barrira on charges of reckless driving, operating a motor vehicle at 100+mph, flee & elude police, possession of controlled substance without prescription, operating a motor vehicle without valid driver’s license, and felony probation violation.

• Terrance Owens 27, Clewiston, was arrested Oct. 30 by Deputy D. Givans on charges of possession of controlled substance without prescription and possession marijuana under 20 grams

• Israel Martinez, 64, LaBelle, was arrested Oct. 31 by Deputy G. Willis on charges of felony failure to appear.

• Emery Stoney Fish, 30, Okeechobee, was arrested Oct. 31 by Deputy M. Frazier on charges of felony probation violation.

• Cly’Tavious Shepherd, 19, LaBelle, was arrested Oct. 31 by Sgt. Z. Scelfo on charges of carry concealed weapon without permit.

• Johnny Johnson, 30, LaBelle, was arrested Oct. 31 by Sgt. Z. Scelfo on charges of possession of firearm by Florida convicted felon.

• Jose Garcia, 20, Clewiston, was arrested Nov. 1 by Deputy S. Farraj on charges of DUI.

• Anthony Adam Barlow, 31, Boca Raton was arrested on Nov. 1 by Deputy G. Willis on charges of possession of firearm by Fla. convicted felony.

• Martavious Lee, 21, Pompano Beach, was arrested Nov. 2 by Agricultural Investigator Butler Maynard, Jr. on charges of possession of controlled substance without prescription, possession of marijuana under 20 grams and driving while license suspended.

• Dumy Marcelin, 18, Homestead, was arrested Nov. 2 by Agricultural Investigator Butler Maynard, Jr. on charges of grand theft of firearm.

• Garnet Jean, 19, Homestead, was arrested Nov. 2 by Agricultural Investigator Butler Maynard, Jr., on charges of introduction of contraband (marijuana) into detention facility, introduction of contraband (fentanyl) into detention facility and 2X possession of controlled substance without prescription.

• Guillermo Chavarria, 20, LaBelle, was arrested Nov. 2 by Deputy R. Gosa on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of controlled substance without prescription.

• Julio Bustamante, 28, Immokalee, was arrested Nov. 2 by K9 Deputy L. Rodrigeuz on charges of possession of cocaine and driving while license suspended/revoked – third or subsequent violation.

• Robert Thibault, 54, West Palm Beach, was arrested Nov. 2 by K9 Deputy O. Gonzalez on charges of possession of controlled substance without prescription, possession of drug paraphernalia and tag not assigned.

• Matthew Fahey, 34, Oakland Park, was arrested Nov. 2 by K9 Deputy O Gonzalez on charges of possession of controlled substance without prescription and attached tag not assigned.
