“It’s my honor to welcome Patrick Rooney, Jr. as board chair and thank Commissioner Carlos Vidueira for his three years of dedicated leadership as chair. Together, we have expanded our operations while achieving the lowest millage rate in District history,” said Darcy J. Davis, President and CEO of the Health Care District of Palm Beach County. “I am deeply grateful to our Board of Commissioners for their steadfast commitment to public service and their methodical, mission-driven perspectives.  I look forward to working alongside their collective expertise and dedication to ensure that we remain a trusted and forward-thinking partner in advancing community health, public safety and well-being.”
