The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by Florida Highway Patrol FHP, Glades County Sheriff's Office GCSO or Seminole Police Department SPD.

• Edward Dipirro, 55, was arrested Feb. 12 by GCSO on a violation of probation charge. He is being held without bond.
• Darryl Dubel, 59, Okeechobee, was arrested Feb. 10 by FHP and charged with a moving traffic violation. He is also being held on an out-of-county warrant and for violation of probation. He is being held without bond.
• Billy Frank, 31, Doral, was arrested Feb. 9 by GCSO and charged with felony DUI and DUI. Bond has not been set.
• Jaquarral Hale, 39, Moore Haven, was arrested Feb. 12 by GCSO and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Jason Hallmon, 38, LaBelle, was arrested Feb. 13 by GCSO on an out-of-county warrant. He is being held without bond.
• Mario Massip, 50, was arrested Feb. 11 by GCSO and charged with two counts violation of probation. He is being held for ICE.
• Brian Welker-Oakes, 19, LaBelle, was arrested Feb. 13 by GCSO and charged with grand theft auto, resisting an officer and making a false report. Bond has not been set.
