Sharon Covey, the local Edward Jones financial advisor, is supporting the Okeechobee Marine Toys for Tots program by using her office as a drop-off location for this year’s toy drive.
Local residents may help make a difference for children in the area by bringing in a new, unwrapped toy to the office, 107 SW 17th St., Suite J in Okeechobee, during regular business hours beginning at 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. from Nov. 12 through Dec. 11. Monetary gifts, including gift cards, cannot be accepted.
“Toys for Tots is an extraordinary program that can make a real difference for children in our community,” said Sharon. “We’re proud to be a part of it again this holiday season.”
Online shoppers may have the items delivered to Edward Jones, 107 SW 17th St. Ste J Okeechobee, FL 34974 until Dec. 11. Any contribution - no matter how big or small - is greatly appreciated.
