INDIANAPOLIS - Clewiston’s Trenton Felton has been named the Plant Systems: Division 5 Award Winner at the National FFA Agriscience Fair.
The FFA Agriscience Fair was held in Indianapolis during the 98th National FFA Convention and Expo Oct. 29-Nov. 1. The National FFA Agriscience Fair recognizes students who gain real-world, hands-on experiences in agricultural enterprises. Students use scientific principles and emerging technologies to solve complex problems related to agriculture, food and natural resources. The agriscience fair is for middle and high school students. Students compete in one of six categories in the agriscience fair and under one of the six divisions, either individually or in a team.
Trenton served as the Clewiston FFA President in 2024 – 2025, and is a 2025-2026 Florida FFA State Officer.
“I am proud to represent the Clewiston FFA Chapter,” said Trenton. “My hometown has nurtured my love for agriculture and shaped the servant leader I am today.”
