OKEECHOBEE — The Okeechobee City Police Department (OCPD) is proud to partner with the Okeechobee Walmart in support of the department’s Bexley Box, a special resource that provides comfort items for children during difficult or traumatic situations.
Thanks to Walmart’s generous donation of stuffed animals, diapers, wipes, and other essential children’s items, OCPD officers are better equipped to bring comfort and reassurance to the youngest members of our community when they need it most.
A simple stuffed animal or necessity can make a world of difference during an overwhelming moment, and this partnership helps us continue serving our community with compassion and care.
