BELLE GLADE — The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO) Media Relations Bureau announced Thursday afternoon, Dec. 3, that two suspects have been arrested in the homicide of a Belle Glade resident first reported on Nov. 15.
“Further investigation by the PBSO Violent Crimes Division led to the arrest of the suspects, Erick and Richard Singleton, for this homicide. The victim’s name is not being released due to the invocation of Marsy’s Law.”
Both suspects, Erick and Richard Singleton, were located and arrested on first-degree murder charges, in Orlando.
According to the PBSO’s original report, filed at 2 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 15: “Deputies responded to a shooting in front of the Phoenix Club ... in the 200 block of Southwest Fifth Street in Belle Glade. Upon arrival, deputies located a male deceased from what appear(ed) to be gunshot wounds. Detectives from the Violent Crimes Division responded to investigate this shooting as a homicide.”
