OKEECHOBEE- In 1975 a young school teacher in Okeechobee disappears from a laundromat. At the same time, reports come in of a car seen driving through town erratically, with a struggle going on between the driver and passenger. Police don't know it yet, but they're in a race against time to get a serial predator off the streets before he attacks again.
