PBSO Arrrest

The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), or the Department of Corrections (DOC) in Belle Glade, Pahokee, South Bay or Canal Point.

• Dakevious Burgess, 17, Prewitt Village, Belle Glade, was arrested March 4 by PBSO and charged with aggravated battery using a deadly weapon. Bond was set at $100,000.

• Heather Clark, 35, N.E. First St., Belle Glade, was arrested March 4 by PBSO and charged with two counts of battery - prior convicted battery commits second subsequent battery, and battery on person 65 years of age or older. Bond was set at $4,000.

• Hector Delgado, 33, N.W. 17th St., Belle Glade, was arrested March 4 by PBSO and charged with marijuana possession with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver and cocaine possession with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver. Bond was set at $6,000.

• Connie Johnson, 30, S.W. 8th Street, Belle Glade, was arrested March 5 by PBSO and charged with burglary of unoccupied structure unarmed and petit theft. Bond was set at $3,000.

• Aleus Misler, 20, Doveland Drive, Pahokee, was arrested March 2 by PBSO and charged with battery by touch or strike and aggravated assault with deadly weapon without intent to kill. Bond has not been set.

• Telvis Demetris, 43, at large, Pahokee, was arrested March 2 by PBSO and charged with cocaine possession. Bond was set at $5,000.

• Royshonda Hixon, 26, Joe Louis Ave., Pahokee, was arrested March 7 by PBSO and charged with aggravated battery with deadly weapon. Bond has not been set.

• Michael Williams, 38, South Bay, was arrested March 4 by PBSO with two counts of felony charges of failure to appear.
