PALM BEACH COUNTY — The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), or the Department of Corrections (DOC) in Belle Glade, Pahokee, South Bay or Canal Point.
• Robert Smith, 54, at large, Belle Glade, was arrested June 22 by PBSO and charged with possession of controlled substance without prescription. Bond was set at $1,000.
• Desmond Washington, 19, S.W. Ninth St., Belle Glade, was arrested June 24 by PBSO and charged with robbery without a weapon, and battery - commit felony battery. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Johan Martinez, 23, Linda Road, Belle Glade, was arrested June 25 by PBSO and charged with drug trafficking in oxycodone, possession of controlled substance without prescription, carrying concealed weapon - unlicensed firearm, and weapon offense - use display etc firearm during felony. Bond was set at $1,000.
• Anthony Jaimes, 20, N.W. Ave. G, Belle Glade, was arrested June 26 by PBSO and charged with marijuana possession. Bond was set at $2,000.
• Malcom Amos, 32, N.W. 12th Drive, Belle Glade, was arrested June 27 by PBSO and charged with driving while license revocation equivalent status third violation. Bond was set at $1,000.
• Ismael Lopez-Ramirez, 33, Wedgworth Road, Belle Glade, was arrested June 27 by PBSO and charged with driving while license revocation equivalent status third violation. Bond was not set.
• Matthew Jaramillo, Belle Glade, was arrested June 25 by PBSO and charged with possession of controlled substance without prescription, marijuana possession, drug trafficking in oxycodone, weapon offense - use display etc firearm during felony, and driving while license suspended revocation equivalent status. Bond was set at $2,000.
• Roy Ward, 35, Palm Beach D, South Bay, was arrested June 25 by PBSO and charged cocaine possession and failure to appear. Bond was set at $3,000.
• Lavoski Butler, 30, Tyson Court, Pahokee, was arrested June 22 by PBSO and charged with driving while license revocation equivalent status third violation. Bond was set at $1,000.
