The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), or the Department of Corrections (DOC) in Belle Glade, Pahokee, South Bay or Canal Point.

• Etavius Jones, 30, S.W. 11th St., Belle Glade, was arrested May 18 by PBSO and charged with carrying concealed weapon - unlicensed firearm. Bond was not set.

• Jawarren Banks, 38, S.W. 7th St., Belle Glade, was arrested May 20 by PBSO and charged with selling drugs within 1,000 feet of a place of worship, business or school, possession of cocaine with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver, marijuana possession with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver. Bond was set at $26,000.

• Henry Green, 49, W. MLK Blvd., Belle Glade, was arrested May 21 by PBSO and charged with lewd lascivious behaviour - lewd or lascivious battery victim age 12 to 16, and crimes against person - HIV invfected person have sex without informing partner. Bond set at $26,000.

• Vonkevious Moore, 28, S.W. Ave. C, Belle Glade, was arrested May 21 by PBSO and charged with lewd lascivious behaviour - lewd or lascivious battery victim age 12 to 16, and crimes against person - HIV invfected person have sex without informing partner. Bond set at $21,000.

• Johnny Worthens, 23, Golden Place, Pahokee, was arrested May 22 by PBSO and charged with failure to appear. Bond was set at $2,000.
