PBSO Arrest Report

The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), or the Department of Corrections (DOC) in Belle Glade, Pahokee, South Bay or Canal Point.

• Keith Grant, 32, S.W. 77th, Belle Glade, was arrested April 27 by PBSO and charged with cocaine possession and drug possession of controlled substance without prescription. Bond was set at $2,000.

• Melvin Williams, 45, Runyon Blvd., Belle Glade, was arrested April 29 by PBSO and charged with sex offender violation - failure to re-register every six months; and sex offender violation - failure to report driver license office change of address. Bond was set at $10,000.

• Charlotte Reardon, 34, U.S. 27 S., South Bay, was arrested May 2 by PBSO and charged with failure to appear. Bond was not set.

• Shaquille Barber, 27, N.W. 8th Ave., South Bay, was arrested May 3 by PBSO and charged with burglary with assault or battery, Battery - commit domestic battery by strangulation, Aggravated battery, offender knew/should have known victim pregnant, aggravated stalking - follow harass cyberstalk threat to person, and battery by touch or strike. Bond was set at $25,000.

• Isiah Manderville, 60, Gregory Way, Pahokee, was arrested April 27 by PBSO and charged with burglary of an unoccupied structure unarmed, grand theft and dealing in stolen property. Bond was set at $9,000.

• Richard Lyndale, 37, S. Flame Ave., Pahokee, was arrested April 27 by PBSO and charged with driving while license suspended habitual offender. Bond was set at $1,000.

• Tiffany Thacker, 33, Pelican Lake Village, Pahokee, was arrested April 30 by PBSO and charged with aggravated battery - person uses a deadly weapon and aggravated assault, with deadly weapon without intent to kill. Bond has not been set.

• Christian Cisneros, 19, Annona Ave., Pahokee, was arrested April 30 by PBSO and charged with assault on public or private education employee, threat to bomb, threaten discharge destructive device, and crimes against person - corrupt by thrreat public servant or family. Bond was set at $10,000.
