The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), or the Department of Corrections (DOC) in Belle Glade, Pahokee, South Bay or Canal Point.
• Henry Givens, 46, of S.W. 13th St., Belle Glade, was arrested Dec. 8 by PBSO and charged with possession of controlled substance without prescription. Bond was set at $1,000.
• Daisy Bivings, 38, of S.W. Fifth St., Belle Glade, was arrested Dec. 8 by PBSO and charged with battery by touch or strike, aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and burglary of an occupied dwelling. Bond was set at $6,000.
• LaDonna Denise, 40, Belle Glade at large, was arrested Dec. 8 by PBSO and charged with crimes against an elderly or disabled adult without great harm and resisting an officer without violence. Bond has not been set.
• Timothy Kyles, 30, of E. Line Ave., South Bay, was arrested Dec. 8 by PBSO and charged with possession of a weapon or ammunition by a convicted felon and carrying a concealed weapon - unlicensed firearm. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Timothy Thomas, 30, S.W. Ave. C Place, Belle Glade, was arrested Dec. 9 by PBSO and charged with possession of synthetic narcotic with intent to sell or deliver. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Tvories Stanley, 37, N.W. 13th St., Belle Glade, was arrested Dec. 9 by PBSO and charged with battery, kidnap or false imprisonment of an adult, sexual assault by a person a person 18 or older to a victim 18 or older with no physical force violation. Bond was set at $36,000.
