The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), or the Department of Corrections (DOC) in Belle Glade, Pahokee, South Bay or Canal Point.

• Henry Givens, 46, of S.W. 13th St., Belle Glade, was arrested Dec. 8 by PBSO and charged with possession of controlled substance without prescription. Bond was set at $1,000.
• Daisy Bivings, 38, of S.W. Fifth St., Belle Glade, was arrested Dec. 8 by PBSO and charged with battery by touch or strike, aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and burglary of an occupied dwelling. Bond was set at $6,000.
• LaDonna Denise, 40, Belle Glade at large, was arrested Dec. 8 by PBSO and charged with crimes against an elderly or disabled adult without great harm and resisting an officer without violence. Bond has not been set.
• Timothy Kyles, 30, of E. Line Ave., South Bay, was arrested Dec. 8 by PBSO and charged with possession of a weapon or ammunition by a convicted felon and carrying a concealed weapon - unlicensed firearm. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Timothy Thomas, 30, S.W. Ave. C Place, Belle Glade, was arrested Dec. 9 by PBSO and charged with possession of synthetic narcotic with intent to sell or deliver. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Tvories Stanley, 37, N.W. 13th St., Belle Glade, was arrested Dec. 9 by PBSO and charged with battery, kidnap or false imprisonment of an adult, sexual assault by a person a person 18 or older to a victim 18 or older with no physical force violation. Bond was set at $36,000.

• Jonathan Hankerson, 35, of Palm Beach Road, South Bay, was arrested, Dec. 11 by PBSO and charged with drugs possession of a controlled substance without a prescription. Bond was set at $1,000.
• Shanna Singh, 34, N.W. 79th Ave., Margate, was arrested Dec. 11 by PBSO and charged with battery on an officer, firefighter, EMT and disorderly intoxication in public place causing disturbance. Bond was set at $1,000.
Christopher Petitfrere, 24. of Nanette Drive, Orlando, was arrested Dec. 11 by PBSO and charged with carrying a concealed weapon - unnliceensed firearm. Bond was set at $1,000.
• Herbert Jackson, 41, of Rardin Ave., Pahokee, was arrested by PBSO and charged with with burglary of an unoccupied dwelling unarmed and grand theft. Bond was set at $6,000.
• Ishmael Nelson, V Jr., age and address unknown, was arrested Dec. 12 by PBSO and charged with resisting and officer with violence. Bond has not been set.
• Frenel Joseph, 18, of N. S.R. 715, Belle Glade, was arrested on Dec. 13 by PBSO and charged with carrying concealed weapon - unlicensed firearm. Bond was set at $1,000.
• Thelemarc Ernseau, 19, of S.W. MLK Jr. Blvd, Belle Glade, was arrested Dec. 13 by PBSO and charged with carrying concealed weapon - unlicensed firearm. Bond was set at $1,000.
• Siiurpry Rinvil, 22, of MLK Jr. Blvd W., Belle Glade, was arrested Dec. 13 by PBSO and charged with child neglect without great bodily harm. Bond was set at $1,000.
• Wade Saintfleur, 18, of N.W. 12th St., Belle Glade, was arrested Dec. 13 by PBSO with carrying concealed weapon - unlicensed firearm. Bond was set at $15,000.
• Jeff Poucely, S.W. Ave. C Place, Belle Glade, was arrested Dec. 13 by PBSO with carrying a concealed weapon - unlicensed firearm. Bond was set at $15,000.
• Jeffrey Browning, 32, of S.W. Second St., Belle Glade, was arrested Dec. 14 by PBSO with battery by touch or strike. Bond has not set.
