Palm Beach County Arrest Report

The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), or the Department of Corrections (DOC) in Belle Glade, Pahokee, South Bay or Canal Point.

• Carlos Icalyat, 42, of State Road 715, Belle Glade, was arrested Nov. 28 by PBSO and charged with felony battery. He was also arrested on an out of county warrant. Bond was set at $1,000.

• Johnnie Curtis Smith III, 43, of N.W. 15th Street, Belle Glade, was arrested Nov. 26 by PBSO and charged with grand theft of a motor vehicle and possession of a controlled substance with out a prescription. Bond was set at $4,000.

• Craig Mario Brisco Jr., 24, of Southwest Seventh Street, Belle Glade was arrested Nov. 24 by PBSO and charged with three counts of attempted murder, firing a misile into a vehicle, possession of a weapon or ammunition by a convicted felon and failure to appear in court on a previous charge. Bond was set at $52,000. The arrest followed the investigation of a Nov. 22 incident outside Bobby’s Market on Southwest Sixth Street in which approximately 10 shots were fired at a vehicle. At least three bullets struck the vehicle. An adult and two children were in the vehicle at the time of the shooting. No one was injured.

• Thomas L. Stephens, 32, of Pahokee at large, was arrested Nov. 28 by PBSO and charged with possession of methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a place of worship and possession of weapon or ammunition by convicted felon. Bond was set at $15,000.

• Patrick Vickers, 38, of Northwest 11th Avenue, South Bay, was arrested Nov. 27 by PBSO and charged with possession of marijuana over 20 grams, possession of drug equipment, simple assault on an officer, firefighter or EMT, resisting arrest with violence, property damage of $1,000 or more, driving while license revoked, third subsequent violation, and possessing marijuana with intent to sell. Bond was set at $3,000.
