Palm Beach County Arrest Report

The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), or the Department of Corrections (DOC) in Belle Glade, Pahokee, South Bay or Canal Point.

• Lamar Cooper, 26, Seville Street, Pahokee, was arrested Nov. 1 on charges of aggravated battery (knew or should have known victim was pregnant), aggravated assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill and possession of a weapon or ammunition by a convicted felon. Bond was set at $31,000.

• Michael Williams, 37, of Southwest 11th Avenue, South Bay, was arrested Nov. 2 by PBSO and charged with possession of cocaine with intent to sell, and use or possession of drug paraphernalia to transport drugs. Bond was set at $6,000.

• Lacarris Thomas, 19, Glades Drive, Pahokee, was arrested Nov. 5 and charged with grand theft. Bond was set at $1,000.

• Derrick Kirksey, 34, of Southwest Avenue J, Belle Glade, was arrested Nov. 4 by PBSO and charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of use of drug equipment and a minor traffic violation. He was released on SOR (Supervised Own Recognizance).

• Michael Evens, 57, of West Avenue A, Belle Glade, was arrested Nov. 5 by PBSO and charged with aggravated battery – cause bodily harm or disability. Bond was set at $25,000.

• John R. Frazier Jr., 52, was arrested Nov. 5 by PBSO and charged with possession of cocaine. Bond was set at $3,000.

• Jennie Arnett, 40, of East Main Street, Pahokee, was arrested Nov. 7 by PBSO on charges of driving while licensed suspended, habitual offender. Bond was set at $1,000.

• Kendra Cole, 32, of East Main Street, Pahokee, was arrested Nov. 7 by PBSO and charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. Bond was set at $50,000.

• Charles Bennett, 20, of North Coconut Road, Pahokee, was arrested Nov. 12, by PBSO and charged with possession of a weapon or ammunition by a convicted felon, criminal mischief with damage more than $200 and less than $1,000, carrying a concealed weapon/unlicensed firearm. Bond totals $17,000.

• Crystal Rodriguez, 34, of Northeast 29th Street, Belle Glade, was arrested Nov. 12 by PBSO and charged with DUI. She was released on her own recognizance.

• Willie Charles Irving, 34, of Southwest Avenue A, Belle Glade, was arrested Nov. 14 by PBSO on a charge of failure to appear in court. The original charge was manufacture or delivery of synthetic narcotics. Bond was set at $2,000.

• Ruquan Atkins, 33, of West Avenue A, Belle Glade, was arrested Nov. 23 by PBSO and charged with resisting arrest with violence, petit theft and possession of drug equipment. Bond was set at $3,000.

• Tavoris Baker, 41, of North 87th Place, Pahokee was arrested Nov. 15 by PBSO and charged with felony battery.

• Latoya Burgher, 39, of Palm Beach Road, South Bay, was arrested Nov. 14 by PBSO and charged with burglary of an occupied dwelling. No bond was set.
