PALM BEACH COUNTY — Crime Stoppers of Palm Beach County needs your help in locating Steven Dowling, a 23-year-old, black, male, 5 feet 10 inches tall, 180 pounds, with black hair, and brown eyes.
His last known address was on Pelican Lake Drive in Pahokee.
Dowling is wanted on a warrant for felony charges of violation of probation for organized scheme to defraud, grand theft; and uttering forged bills, check, drafts, or notes.
