PALM BEACH COUNTY — Crime Stoppers of Palm Beach County needs your help in locating Steven Dowling, 22 years old, black, male, 5 feet 10 inches tall, 180 pounds, black hair, brown eyes, and he has multiple tattoos.
His last known address was on Pelican Lake Drive in Pahokee.
Dowling is wanted on a warrant for failure violation of probation for organized scheme to defraud, grand theft, and uttering forged bills, checks, drafts or notes.
