BELLE GLADE -- A South Bay man has been charged with first degree premeditated murder in connection with a Dec. 12 shooting which left a Belle Glade man dead.
Shortly before 9 a.m. on Sunday, Dec. 12, Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office (PBSO) deputies responded to a shooting in the 13000 block of W Ave A, in Belle Glade.
Ivin Spencer, 41, of Southeast Second Avenue, South Bay, was arrested and charged with first degree premeditated murder. He is held at the West Detention Center.
Upon arrival, deputies located one male deceased from a gunshot wound(s). The male shooter was present and is being questioned by deputies.
Detectives from the Violent Crimes Division investigated the shooting.
