SOUTH BAY — Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Oratorical Contest, historically sponsored by the City of South Bay, Dr. Esther Berry, and Rosenwald Elementary School to honor Dr. King will be “virtual” this year.
