IWSD is REVISING the shutdown for the valve repairs scheduled for Monday, Sept. 26, to include an additional 46 residences on N 6th St. and two additional commercial accounts on West Main Street. It will include customers on N 8th Street, N 7th Street, N 6th Street, and N 5th Street. It will affect 60 residential customers and 2 commercial customers. The water is expected to be off between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Customers are asked to boil their water in that area, until bacteriological tests are taken and cleared.
If a notice was not hand delivered to your residence or business your service will not be disrupted, and you will not be affected by the boil water notice.
