Alex Breault and Trish Robertson Recognized as Certified Elections/Registration Administrators. Alex Breault, CERA and Trish Robertson, CERA, of the Collier County Supervisor of Elections office were recently recognized as Certified Elections/Registration Administrators (CERA) last week. They join approximately 1,000 other professionals who have gone through the credentialing process. CERA designations are offered through the Election Center, which is also known as the National Association of Election Officials. The certification is accredited through Auburn University and covers topics ranging from election planning and management to ethics and election laws. Alex Breault is the Executive Assistant to Jennifer J. Edwards, Supervisor of Elections and Trish Robertson is the Election Communications Coordinator. To date, the elections office staffs seven employees who have achieved the CERA designation. “The CERA designation is attained after years of trainings both in the classroom and in the field of elections. Our office always encourages staff to further their professional education to help improve the electoral process.” – Jennifer J. Edwards, Supervisor of Elections.
