Champions For Learning invites Class of 2020 to attend workshops

Registration is open for the Class of 2020 to attend Champions For Learning’s Rising Senior Workshops.

As part of an ongoing goal to ensure all Collier County students are equipped and prepared for their future learning and career goals, Champions For Learning offers a variety of community-based college and career readiness resources.

This series of Rising Senior Workshops are provided at no cost to students and families thanks to the generous support of the Richard M. Schulze Family Foundation and Naples Children & Education Foundation. Collier County rising seniors (Class of 2020) and their parents will receive information about the college application process, financial aid, and scholarship resources to help prepare them for post high school education.

All sessions will be held at the College & Career Lab at Champions For Learning’s offices located at 3606 Enterprise Avenue.

Pre-registration is required, and space is limited. To register for one or more of the workshops visit www.ChampionsForLearning.org/apply.

The workshops are listed below.

Application Process
• July 23, 2019: 9 a.m. – 11 a.m.
Scholarships
• August 7, 2019: 6 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Financial Aid Process
• July 15, 2019: 9 a.m. – 11 a.m.
• August 21, 2019: 6 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Soccer Program

Registrations for recreational soccer program with the Soccer Pit Cobras, boys and girls born in 2008 though 2014. Where: Immokalee HS soccer field. Starting June 18 every Tuesday and Thursday for two weeks. Registration fee for the year is $125. Please bring a copy of your child’s birth certificate.
