Lost Dog in LaBelle

When cancer hits a family you ask yourself why. You hope it’s a bad nightmare you can wake up from. The next morning it floods your thoughts. Sometimes dealing with this horrible disease gives us different options. Then there are times when the disease is so advanced that it appears without knowing. This happened to us.

My daughter is so smart and brave. Prays every night. Its been 7 months since she lost her Dad to cancer. God helped us through.

On July 20th my daughter’s little dog went out a side gate that a visiting family member opened and didn’t close when she left. When our little black Shitz Tzu was let out in the back fenced yard to run around, she saw the open gated and walked through and was lost to us. This little dog is a comfort to a little girl that cannot be replaced.

We understand that in life things happen that takes loved ones away. We have made many flyers and put them around LaBelle. Animal Control was contacted immediately. The shelter also. Nothing yet. Not even a call to say someone saw her somewhere around the neighborhood. She doesn’t like to walk far. I have had to carry her back from walks before because she was not wanting anymore of that thing called exercise.

I thank everyone for their kind words and volunteering to help find her. If anyone knows where she is please call us. If you found her, thank you for taking care of her. We need her back at home with us. She was always there to kiss my daughter’s face when she felt sad. She helps fill that spot in my daughter’s heart that was left when her daddy passed away.

My phone number is 863-612-7336 She was last seen on Clay and Broward on Friday July 20th around 5:30 p.m.

Thank you
