The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), the Clewiston City Police Department (CPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), and the Department of Corrections (DOC), April 6-12.

• Nicholas Dewson, 35, Port Charlotte, was arrested April 6 by Deputy R. Gosa on a charge of possession of methamphetamine.

• Robet Thibaulet, 54, West Palm Beach, was arrested April 6 by Sergeant M. Afonso on charges of felony violation of conditions of release and felony failure to appear.

• Yoel L. Ramos, 52, Clewiston, was arrested April 7 by Deputy F. Mazella on a charge of felony battery by a person detained in jail facility.

• Diego Armando Guzman-Gonzalez, 23, LaBelle, was arrested April 7 by Cpl. L. Drew on charges of possession of methamphetamine, destruction of evidence, theft of motor vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest without violence.

• Eric Hearns, 34, Pahokee, was arrested April 7 by Deputy D. Givans on 5X felony probation violation charges.

• Ramon Martinez, 44, Clewiston, was arrested April 8 by Deputy R. Gosa on a charge of possession of methamphetamine.

• Irvin Short, 45, LaBelle, was arrested April 8 by Deputy A. Najjar on charges of battery and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill.

• Suyin Giron, 40, LaBelle, was arrested April 8 by Deputy G. Camacho on a charge of felony probation violation.

• Ismael Trejo, 37, LaBelle, was arrested April 7 by Deputy S. Fajjar on charges of DUI and DUI – refusal to submit to DUI testing.

• Patricia Clauss, 25, Clewiston, was arrested April 9 by Detective D. Calvo on a charge of child neglect without great bodily harm.

• John Baker, 27, Clewiston, was arrested April 9 by Detective D. Calvo on charges of child neglect without great bodily harm and cruelty towards a child.

• Joshua Morales, 39, Miami, was arrested April 10 by Deputy M. Frazier on a charge of felony violation of conditional release.

• Shomari Powell, 29, North Port, was arrested April 11 by K9 Deputy M. Elsaid on a charge of possession of marijuana over 20 grams.
