The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), the Clewiston City Police Department (CPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), and the Department of Corrections (DOC), Dec. 29, 2025 - Jan. 11, 2026.

• 17-year-old male, LaBelle, was arrested Jan. 6 by Deputy S. Farraj on charges of resisting an officer without violence and two counts of child abuse without great bodily harm.

• Betty Salabarria, 55, Clewiston, was arrested Jan. 6 by Deputy I. Cadena on three outstanding warrants for grand theft, passing forged instrument and use of two-way communication device to commit a felony.

• Arzavious Givins, 44, Belle Glade, was arrested Jan. 7 by Deputy  Garza on two outstanding warrants for burglary unoccupied structure – unarmed and grand theft.

• Katheryn E. Woo, 41, Clewiston, was arrested Jan. 7 by Deputy N. Garza on two outstanding warrants for burglary unoccupied structure – unarmed and grand theft.

• Jackie Johnson, 68, Clewiston, was arrested Jan. 8, by K9 Cpl. L. Drew on charges of possession of controlled substance without a prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Terry Yarborough, 40, Clewiston, was arrested Jan. 9 by Deputy R. Gosa on charges of possession of firearm by Fla. convicted felon and battery.

• Johnny Russell, 46, Cape Coral, was arrested Jan. 9 by Deputy D. Givans on charges of felony probation violation.

• Casie Lipka, 29, LaBelle, was arrested Jan. 9, by Deputy S. Farraj on charges of driving while license suspended/revoked - third or subsequent violation and flee eluding LEO with lights and sirens activated.

• Antonio Perez-Soto, 20, Ft. Myers, was arrested Jan. 10 by Deputy S. Farraj on charges of DUI, DUI – refusal to submit, driving while license suspended/revoked and obstruction without violence.

• Edvin Sanchez Gomez, 23, Immokalee, was arrested Jan. 10 by Sgt. J. Olvera on charges of DUI.

• Maurico Jacobo, 30, LaBelle, was arrested Jan. 11, by Sgt. M. Afonso on charges of flee & eluding with disregard for safety to person and property,

• Ragel Hernandez, 29, Clewiston, was arrested Jan. 11, by Deputy G. Sosa on charges of driving while license suspended/revoked – third of subsequent violation.
