The Green Salon & Spa, would like to thank everyone who joined the fun and participated in the Second Annual Breast Cancer Bra & High Heel Decorating Contest on Oct. 16. Your support made this event truly special.
We also want to recognize and honor our incredible breast cancer survivors — one of 50 years, Carol Peterson and Beverly Ussery, celebrating 15 years of strength and inspiration.
Congratulations to our bra contest winners:
Two of Glades County’s entrepreneurs, Perla Bello and Eli Martinez, sold delicious pink tacos, leomonade and sweet treats during the fundraiser to help support them as they raise money for a safety patrol trip. A big thank you to Eli for his amazing tacos and delicious pink lemonade, and to Perla for her sweet pink treats — those strawberries and cupcakes were simply delightful.
Once again, thank you all for your love, support, and participation in helping us raise awareness. and celebrate hope, courage, and survivorship.
