The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by Florida Highway Patrol FHP, Glades County Sheriff's Office GCSO or Seminole Police Department SPD.

• Justice Baker, 30, was arrested August 28 by SPD and charged with a felony traffic violation. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Cameron Carter, 26, Okeechobee, was arrested August 27 by GCSO and charged with a felony moving traffic violation. Bond was set at $2,500.
• Javier Deras, 50, was arrested August 24 by GCSO and charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Damian Pate, 31, Moore Haven, was arrested August 25 by GCSO and charged with felony battery and simple battery. Bond was set at $5,000.
• Jessica Ricardo, 36, Sebring, was arrested August 24 by SPD and charged with drug possession and drug paraphernalia possession. She is being held without bond.
• Joshua Varnes, 37, Venus, was arrested August 24 by GCSO and charged with possession of drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of cocaine, a moving traffic violation and a non-moving traffic violation. Bond was set at $43,000.
• Olin Wells, 27 was arrested August 25 by GCSO and charged with vehicle theft, resisting an officer and two moving traffic violations. Bond was set at $6,000.
