The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by Florida Highway Patrol FHP, Glades County Sheriff's Office GCSO or Seminole Police Department SPD.
- Michael Barrett, 58, Frost Proof, was arrested Oct.12 by SPD and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a weapon by a convicted felon. Bond was set at $6,000.
- Kevin Brown, 45, Avon Park, was arrested Oct. 9 by SPD and charged with trafficking amphetamine, possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, weapons offense and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $14,500.
- Patricia Coberly, 39, was arrested Oct. 8 by GCSO and charged with trafficking in amphetamine and possession of dug paraphernalia. She is being held without bond.
- Estefany Isabel Cruz Tablada, 28, Arcadia, was arrested Oct. 9 by GCSO on a failure to appear charge. She is being held for ICE.
- Nicholas Fusco, 19, Moore Haven, was arrested Oct. 9 by GCSO and charged with burglary, larceny, grand theft auto and trespass. Bond was set at $19,500.
- Kalani Hutto, 33, Lake Placid, was arrested Oct. 9 by SPD and charged with trafficking in amphetamine, drug possession and a weapon offense. Bond was set at $76,000.
- Bobbie Mercer, 37, Lake Placid, was arrested Oct. 6 by SPD and charged with destroying evidence, two counts violation of parole and drug possession. Bond was set at $9,000.
- Nicki Osceola, 40, Okeechobee, was arrested Oct. 11 by GCSO and charged with grand theft auto, possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, smuggling contraband into a prison and a moving traffic violation. Bond was set at $21,000.
- Eric Rodriguez, 23, was arrested Oct. 12 by GCSO on a moving traffic violation. He is being held for ICE.
- Michael Sloan, 53, Haines City, was arrested Oct. 6 by SPD and charged with drug possession, possession of a weapon, a moving traffic violation and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $52,500.
- Bruce Snell, 29, Okeechobee, was arrested Oct. 6 by SPD and charged with burglary, battery, trespass and criminal mischief. Bond was set at $4,000.
