The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), the Clewiston City Police Department (CPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), and the Department of Corrections (DOC), Sept. 14-20.

• Marcos Rene Argudin Cruz, 40, Cape Coral, was arrested Sept. 14 by Deputy D. Givans on a charge of felony failure to appear.

• Guadalupe Pequeno, 53, LaBelle, was arrested Sept. 14 by Deputy G. Camacho as a felony out of state fugitive.

• Clifton Shayne Holt, 35, Clewiston, was arrested Sept. 14 by Deputy D. Givans on charges of felony probation violation.

• 17-year-old male, Gainesville, was arrested Sept. 14 by Deputy K. Busbin on charges of felony aggravated assault with deadly weapon without intent to kill, battery on law enforcement officer and resisting officer without violence.

• Nicholas Ve’John Ball, 28, Miami, was arrested Sept. 14 by Deputy R. Aguilar on charges of felony violation of conditional release and misdemeanor probation violation.

• Claudelle Philistin, 32, Ft. Myers, was arrested Sept. 14 by Detective K. Rosado on charges of introduction of a weapon into a detention facility.

• Danny Robinson, 31, LaBelle, was arrested Sept. 15 by Deputy G. Camacho on charges of felony probation violation.

• Christian Joel Miguel Leon, 31, Winter Haven, was arrested Sept. 15 by Deputy G. Camacho on charges of outstanding warrant – tampering with evidence in criminal proceeding and hit & run.

• Alyssa Marie Pasch, 31, Clewiston, was arrested Sept. 16 by Deputy A. Najjar on charges of felony – violation of conditions of release.

• Karvette Mamie Billie, 30, Okeechobee, was arrested Sept. 16 by Deputy A. Dijon on charges of DUI.

• John Ford Gadson, Jr., 54, Clewiston, was arrested Sept. 17 by Deputy B. Barrira on a charge of felony – violation of conditions of release.

• Carlos Liuber Rivero Cabrera, 38, Green Acres, was arrested Sept. 17 by Deputy A. Najjar on charges of DUI and DUI – refusal to submit.

• Jaheim De’Sean Brown, 24, Lehigh Acres, on Sept. 18 by Deputy D. Givan on a charge of felony violation of probation.

• Juan Victor Ayala Lopez, 41, Orlando, was arrested Sept. 18 by Deputy G. Sosa on charges of driving while license suspend/revoked and of driving while license/revoked – 3rd subsequent violation.

• Dylan Sean Vary, 25, Clewiston, was arrested Sept. 19 by Detective G. Willis on charges of possession of firearm by Fla. convicted felony.

• Dimity Lamont Pearson, 44, Clewiston, was arrested Sept. 19 by Deputy A. McCarty on charges of introduction of illegal narcotics into detention facility and withhold support.

• Leonard Joel Rolle, 38, Pahokee, was arrested Sept. 20 by Deputy G. Sosa on a charge of possession of controlled substance without prescription.
