The following individuals were arrested on felony or driving under the influence (DUI) charges by the Hendry County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), the Clewiston City Police Department (CPD), the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), and the Department of Corrections (DOC), July 20-27.

• Patrick D. Allen, 53, Clewiston, was arrested July 20 by HCSO Deputy R. Angelo on charges of felony violation of conditions of release.

• Nicolas Lopez Vasquez, 64, Immokalee, was arrested July 20 by HCSO Deputy H. Ramirez Garcia on charges of felony probation violation and contempt of court.

• Eric Anthony Matus, 46, LaBelle, was arrested July 20 by HCSO Sgt. R. Krasinskas on charges of sex assault.

• Frederick John Prather, 53, LaBelle, was arrested July 20 by HCSO Deputy R. Conant on charges of felony probation violation.

• Henry Wayne Hart, 62, LaBelle, was arrested July 21 by HCSO Sgt. J. Olvera on charges of felony violation of probation.

• Charles Russell Sikes, 55, Alva, was arrested July 21 by HCSO Deputy Farraj on charges of two counts of felony out of state fugitive and two counts ofresisting officer without violence

• Juan Victor Ayala Lopez, 41, Clewiston, was arrested July 21 by HCSO K9 Cpl. L. Rodriguez on charges of driving while license suspended/revoked – second or subsequent offense, possession of weapon by Florida convicted felon and possession of marijuana.

• Ian Johnathan Jobson, 26, Pompano Beach, was arrested July 22 by HCSO Deputy F. Mazzello on charges of felony aggravated battery on person 65 years of age or older and criminal mischief.

• Alexis Mora Reyes, 40, Miami, was arrested July 22 by HCSO Deputy P. Overbee on charges of felony failure to appear.

• Ivan Veliz Gomez, 51, Miami Lakes, was arrested July 23 by HCSO Detective K. Negron on charges of first degree arson.

• Calos Alvarez, 30, Clewiston, was arrested July 23 by HCSO Deputy R. Rosas on charges of stalking, aggravated assault on LEO and burglary occupied dwelling.

• Jose B. Alvarez, 58, Clewiston, was arrested July 23 by HCSO Deputy R. Rosas on charges of burglary occupied dwelling, stalking and battery.

• Broderick DeShawn McKenie, 32, Clewiston, was arrested July 23 by HCSO Deputy M. Leavens on charges of felony probation violation.

• Jose Fernando Arrieta, 35, LaBelle, was arrested July 23 by HCSO K9 Cpl. L. Rodriguez on charges of resisting officer with violence, battery on LEO and contempt of court.

• Carlos Alvarez, 30, Clewiston, was arrested July 24 by HCSO Deputy R. Rosas on charges of stalking, burglary occupied dwelling and simple assault.

• Dainer Ramos Toledo, 42, Clewiston, was arrested July 24 by HCSO Deputy B. Dibernardino on charges of DUI, DUI – refusal to submit to DUI test and reckless driver.

• Jose B. Alvarez, 58, Clewiston, was arrested July 24 by HCSO Deputy R. Rosas on charges of stalking, burglary occupied dwelling and battery on LEO.

• 15-year-old male, LaBelle, was arrested July 24 by HCSO Sgt. S. Kirkby on a felony of carry concealed firearm without permit, and a misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana under 20 grams.

• Jorge Santa Maria, 40, LaBelle was arrested July 24 by HCSO Deputy A. McCarty on charges of possession of controlled substance without prescription.

• Heidi Lorraine Weems, 54, LaBelle was arrested July 25 by HCSO Deputy B. Dibernardino on charges of DUI and DUI – refusal to submit.
